ROBERT CICCHINI WINS BEST DIRECTOR AWARD AT GOLDEN STATE FILM FESTIVAL

The Golden State Film Festival in Hollywood honored Robert Cicchini with best director honors for Coming Up For Air.

The award presented at the TCL Chinese Theater, is the second he has received for the film which has also won four best picture awards in Los Angeles, Detroit, West Virginia and India. In December the film won the grand prize at the Culver City Film Festival.

Cicchini’s next southern California appearance will be at the Pasadena Central Library on April 11 at 2 p.m. with costars Deborah Staples and Chase Yi, editor Gene Gamache, composer Garth Neustadter, producer Roger Rapoport and cinematographers Bruce Schermer and David Darling.
